Our goal is very simple - to bring local, long distance, data, and internet services to clients through localized, working relationships. USCom intends to maintain local account executives within all of its territories. Each account executive (AE) position includes salary, commissions, bonuses, and insurance. All employees have a vested interest in each account executive’s success.

USCom recognizes excellent performance and successful sales through bonuses, salary increases, upward-sliding commission scales, and promotions. USCom supports an "In-House" management philosophy which first looks within the organization for promotions. Nearly all management positions have people who started at the ground level and worked their way up, succeeding as they went.

AE’s who succeed, will likely realize salary increases, be made regional managers, and will eventually realize numerous attractive options as the company continues to grow.
